Alcohol

Alcohol: We will have plenty of bars on site serving a great variety of alcohol. And don't worry all you beer loving folks....we've got real ale.

Please be advised that No alcohol / drinks bottles / glass bottles / cans / illegal substances are permitted to be brought into the arena under any circumstances. Only sealed plastic bottles or unopened cartons of water under 500ml size will be permitted into the arena. Food for personal use is permitted onsite including in the arena.

By law, the consumption and traffic of illegal substances is prohibited. In the case that anyone is seen selling or consuming such substances within the venue, they will be immediately escorted out and dealt with by the appropriate authorities. As always, we would like to remind you that for the good of everyone concerned, but especially for your health, it is always wise to drink responsibly.

Do not drive if you have been drinking. Remember that it is as much your responsibility to take care of yourself as it is to take care of those who place their trust in you.

Care & Safety

Some tips to bear in mind for a safer festival experience:

  • When arriving on site, identify your nearest emergency exits.
  • Follow the instructions of Security Personnel, or other officials in the event of a situation.
  • Notify a Steward or Official if you see any disruptive behaviour
  • Move to where there is more space, should a crowd surge occur
  • Ask for help if you need it and help others, especially if someone falls. The people working at the Festival are there to help you. Let them know if something happens. Remain calm. In any event, they will know what to do.
  • Stay calm (if you are distressed, ask to be taken to the Welfare Tent)

Each stall is priced and selected individually based on the location of the site, the type of organization, the number of staff, the size of stall and the products being sold.

There will be some 40,000 people on site over the course of the weekend. So there will be plenty of options to trade. Please email blue@lostplanet.co.uk to discuss the application process.
